The most acclaimed Prince of Persia title series ended back in 2010 after the release of 'The Forgotten Sands'. Ubisoft moved from Prince of Persia to the parkour based Assassins Creed beginning from 2007 with the release of its first installment: 'Assassins Creed', following the similar stealth and action of Prince of Persia but portrayed on a different Gameplay screen.
Assassins creed became the most popular game after Prince of Persia and defined most childhood of that generation with the oddly favoured hidden blade. The players gained even more interest with the genre defining action modified to be an Action-RPG game since the launch of Assassins Creed Origins. The next installment of Odyssey encountered even more popularity with the gameplay mechanics of stealth combined to hack & slash mode. Where Origins started the RPG Genre set in a mysterious island of Ancient Egypt covered with remarkable landscapes of Pyramids & hidden tombs, Odyssey clutched forth the gameplay to a Legendary Spartan Hero of Greece in a historic world sailing with adventures, forming alliances and expanding the reach to farthest horizons.
ASSASSINS CREED VALHALLA
With the latest revealed title: Assassins Creed Valhalla, Ubisoft is bringing forth a Viking gameplay never experienced before in the Assassins Creed Series, enriched with vast landscapes and more enhanced RPG features, starting from crafting armours/ weapons to decision driven storyline.
After experiencing the Deep Dive Trailer, it seems similar to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt resembling the similar horse riding landscapes, hills and the way NPCs interacts with each other. Almost similar to the CD Projekt Red's Witcher 3, this new installment to Assassins Creed would attract more RPG lovers in experiencing the enhanced story with parkour experience and newly featured viking spirit of aggressive gameplay.
