Distinct to the Star Wars universe, Ubisoft has announced the release of a new game Star Wars: Outlaws.

To present a unique gameplay, Ubisoft has developed the first-ever experience of an open world Star Wars game. There has never been a Star Wars game that was imagined in an open world combined with RPG elements.

Players get to experience the character Kay Vess who is a scoundrel along with her pet Nix who is an alien creature known as Merqaal. It is set to get its release date in 2024 with no confirmed date.

Along with a fresh new story, Star Wars: Outlaws will have expanded locations. Not only will it have a map to point out places, but also it will allow players to venture the Outer-Rim worlds.

Ubisoft has highlighted an immersive gameplay for players as they are free to roam around different planets. The confirmed planets of Star Wars Outlaws include: the classic planet Tatooine, the frigid and mountainous planet Kijimi, the moon planet Toshara and the site of droids planet Akiva.

It is however expected for more planets to be included as the developers close into the final stage of launch, allowing players to experience the varied open world.

• Friendly Companions

Star Wars without a companion by the side feels incomplete. Star Wars: Outlaws will feature Nix as the companion of the protagonist Kay Vess who will assist her in every possible way.

Nix will play a vital role in the gameplay as he will take part in stealing valuable cargo or assist as a diversion while Kay is in action. Originating from the species called as Merqaal, Nix is a rare and an unknown alien with uniquely intelligent in nature. A droid names ND-5 will be the another companion of Vess as a partner in crime and co-pilot of their ship, Trailblazer. The droid showcased has a severe exposure mark on the chest which means that it had been in a serious conflict.
